Here are some common questions we get regarding our events:
What is Fox Delight?
Fox Delight is the fictional tavern that crops up around the harvest moon to host the annual fantasy ball. A fantasy ball is an immersive event complete with action narrative and interactive play. Come in costume and enjoy a live performance, themed music, and great food. Go on side quests, complete mini missions, and dance the night away with hobbits, orcs, elves, and other outlandish characters.
It’s a one-of-a-kind event that embraces geekery and magic. Don’t miss it!
What’s included with my ticket?
Admission to the event includes access to all performances, side quests, games, and activities, as well as an array of delicious hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Adult beverages are available for purchase.
What time does the event run?
The Fox Delight is next open from 6 PM -10:30 PM on Friday, October 25th, 2024.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, the event is for nerds, magic queens, and monsters twenty-one-years and older.
Can I dress up?
Yes, of course! Get out your cosplay, your favorite fantasy-inspired costume, or your fanciest make up. Shirt and shoes required. Any costume weapons, real or fake, must be non-working and/or peace bonded securely.
I’ve purchased tickets on your website, do I get actual tickets?
We host a mini event about a week before the fantasy ball where guests pick up the magical coin that will gain them entry into the Fox Delight. Watch our newsletter for updates or check back at the site here to find out when and where this mini event will pop up.
If you’re unable to drop in at the scheduled pickup, no worries. You’ll receive one when you check in the night of the fantasy ball.
What’s the refund policy?
No refunds will be issued past four weeks before the event as we need to make our final number commitments to the venue and caterer.
Can I get involved?
Absolutely. We’re actively seeking partners and sponsors. Please see our Work With Us page for more info.
