Who is this event for?
A fantasy ball is a gathering of patrons dressed in their finest medieval, gaming, or other make-believe costumes who are interested in a night styled like the magical realm of lore. If you love cosplay and look forward to digging into story-led side quests, this event is for you.
I didn’t get a ticket. Now what?
That’s to be expected! We don’t send digital tickets. You’ll get a confirmation email, followed by a one-page PDF detailing next steps. As the event date gets closer, we’ll reveal the time and location for a mini event, where guests will pick up a special coin that will allow them entry into the venue. (If you are unable to pickup the coin, one will be provided at check-in on the night of the event.)
Where is the event located?
The Fox Delight opens annually around the harvest moon (late October) at The 513 in downtown Appleton, located at 513 W College Ave, 54911. Side quests will take place at various businesses within walking distance of the venue. Parking is free on the avenue after 6 PM.
Can I get a refund?
We need to report our final headcount to the venue, caterer, and other partnering organizations four weeks before the event. After that time, no refunds will be given.
